Estimate cloud.gov Pages paid service usage

USAGov wants to renew their cloud.gov Pages agreement in the next couple of weeks and to that end are asking us to provide our usage estimates for the next year. With regard to paid services offered by cloud.gov (see list below) I want to confirm that we'll be good with the 1GB of memory per month that we previously discussed with Russell.

• Memory (priced at per-GB a month)
• S3 (priced per TB per month, we get 5TB included)
• RDS (priced per TB per month, we get 1TB included)
• Elasticsearch (priced per size of node provisioned, we get 6 medium nodes included)
• Elasticache/Redis (priced per 10 nodes block, we get 10 nodes included)

We've been asked to confirm our needs by Thursday 5/18. Our decision won't hard lock us (we should be able to scale up if necessary, funding permitting) but the estimate will help PX leadership identify a logical starting point for all the products in the portfolio.

I've discussed this with Casey. He said that, based on his experience with vote.gov; 1GB of memory will be enough for us for cloud.gov.

And as for the Pages, we'll be keeping ~the same amount of usage until we do the switch over from v1 to v2.
