Create the content for the DOLO landing page.

Hey @nickpistone, @Ndoyle118, & @ErnestoFernandezAlvarez, created this issue for the creation of the DOLO landing page. Will first work with Nick and the SEO part and then we can speak about it on our checkin.

Fist two drafts are completed. Need to get more input on the data of why we need the landing page before proceeding.
