Requirements: Link configuration of current workflows from usa.gov backend so we can share with content and product to begin thinking about BEARS workflow needs

based on what I see in backend there is only one basic workflow,

Basic Workflow Content moderation Draft,Needs Review,Published,Archived (Unpublish)

There was a call out by usagov devOps that review has to be done by someone other than the creator

Will need @erniedeeb and @diegocob review - this is what has been discovered about the workflow and needs a review to make sure this will work on V2

Was thinking to get this done by mid -July. Is that ok @scottqueen-bixal or do you need it earlier?

@diegocob lets get this one added and completed on Sprint 10 - sync with @fongcindy to align with reqs.

Here are the content stories the devs are referring to, please also review.
