Align KPIs with User Testing #861

Description

Update hypotheses to reflect user testing observations. Use data to validate our assumptions and interpretations of what we observe in user testing.

Example: if someone in user testing is getting confused around the language of a particular question, we would write our hypothesis of what is causing the confusion and use data to test if we are on the right track. After that, we would come up with a solution and test that and compare the results using data specific to the component in question.
