add tests to validate opening and closing of individual accordions

PR Summary

This PR adds adds Cypress automated tests to validate opening and closing of an individual accordion by clicking on its header. One accordion is validated in each page

The automated test will validate opening and closing functionality of :-

Death of a loved one English page - COVID 19 Funeral Assistance accordion card
Death of a loved one Spanish page - Veteran's Burial Allowance (Subsidio para entierro de veterano) accordion card will be used
Disability English page - Tax Relief Programs for People with Disabilities accordion card will be used
Disability Spanish page - Social Security Disability Insurance for Spouse (Seguro de discapacidad del Seguro Social para cónyuge) accordion card will be used
Retirement English page - Veteran's Pension accordion card will be used
Retirement Spanish page - Retirement Benefits for Child with Disabilities (Beneficios de jubilación para niñas/niños con discapacidades) accordion will be used

Detailed Testing steps

This test click the accordion header and validates that the respective accordion expands. It then closes the accordion and validates that it is closed.

[ ] run npm run cypress:run_chrome
[ ] Verify accordions.cy.js tests are passing
