Mock-data with v2 content #910

Description

Create a mock data json file with the content structure and text of v2. Like: https://github.com/GSA/px-bears-drupal/blob/main/bears-app/src/components/shared/api/mock-data/content-structure.json

User Story

Need to know the taxonomy of how each part of the v2 text will be labeled.

Architectural Decision Records (ADRs)

Use existing json content structure file and upload v2 text on the screens.

Hey @scottqueen-bixal and @gchi25, created this ticket to have a mock json file with v2 text.
