Set up GTM on Storybook #946

Description

Add GTM snippet to storybook so that Nick can test out different ways of tracking the components before they go live.

Nick needs to set up the right container/workspace for testing and then share the snippet.

I have created a GTM environment and now we just need to set up the snippet to begin testing. Instructions in the previous comment.

@nickpistone we may need to make sure all these tickets are tracked in the px-bears project so we can link everything up properly.
