Create data attributes in Storybook for analytics tracking #947

Description

Create data attributes to capture key info on clickable components (ie when someone expands an accordion, we want to know what the title of the accordion was). More info will be provided on which specific attributes are needed.

As a test for data attributes I've included a few in our benefits accordion group.

in the inspector you should be able to find the attributes in the markup - we can move around as needed
