As a content editor, i would like to be able to select any related benefits

Acceptance Criteria:

a field in the the benefit form content type that references other benefit form entities

Definition of Done:

data is in JSON

status: 75% - @gchi25 will push up code which can build this part

he will try and get this done before he leaves for OOO

@gchi25 just need a version of the JSON file so when our work meets in sandbox, things will "just work"

@gchi25 content team would like to be able to provide a text string and translations for the CTA,

Our object should look like this
