"[In] terms of credit or attribution in the final version, can we make NASA a bit more prominent than just a footnote? (I was thinking some like "Developed by NASA and implemented by GSA's Center for Charge Card Management.") Also, in terms of NASA, do they want us to specifically mention the Langley Research Center?"
