[ ] Review and update accordingly the system inventory/asset table
[ ] Document software an tools used and verify if they are in GEAR
- [ ] If they are not in GEAR, submit requests for approval
- [ ] Review submitted request for Elixir (RITM1169544, ticket in service desk) and confirm Ruby on Rails is in GEAR

Regarding Ruby on Rails - does this suffice as confirmation of approval in GEAR?
