[x] Create new system diagrams for SSPP:
- [x] Network / Architectural diagram
- [x] Data flow diagram
[x] Write the narratives to describe the diagrams

Considerations:

The diagrams should clearly represent ATO boundary, Cloud.gov, Login.gov
Data flow direction
Authentication and protocols
