I got an error message on this page. The message displayed as follow:

I click on Military Service Earnings/Buy Back Estimator and I get a message 'Please wait . . . If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document. (Then it goes on addressing how you can upgrade your Reader)
