Browser: Android, Chrome

Carrier (or WiFi): Verizon

Severity: Medium

Description:

On testing step 5, I viewed this page: http://www.dfas.mil/militarymembers/woundedwarrior/disabledretireest.html

In the android browser, my phone shows a blank space where the calculator would be. In Chrome, it displays a message stating that flash is not supported.

Steps To Reproduce: 1) Go to this page: http://www.dfas.mil/militarymembers/woundedwarrior/disabledretireest.html 2) View space where calculator would be

I only got an blank empty space.
