Page loads slow in Chrome on Android

The pages took several seconds to display correctly. They would quickly display poorly then adjust to the correct layout.

I was testing using chrome on android and did not have this issue. Load time was fine.

(Samsung Galaxy S5, Android 4.4.4, Chrome, Wifi)
