Description: In completing Use Case #5, Task 1, Lag time between clicking on a photo and having it load. In particular, the typical progress bar makes it look like it is done loading after 3 seconds, but instead, the entire page is white until 10 seconds after I've tapped the photo. Similarly slow in returning to the photo carousel.
Expected Result: The content should load when the progress bar for Android's web browser indicates that it is done, typically in 1-3 seconds.
