“Estatus de mi Caso” opens but it's in English, not Spanish

Same happened to me. However, the URL is the same for any language: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do. Would it be possible to have a different URL for "estatus de mi caso?" For example, https://egov.uscis.gov/es/casestatus/landing.do or https://egov.uscis.gov/estatuscaso/inicio.do.

Scenario #, Q3 passes if a user has previously clicked on that URL and navigates to this point from a Spanish-language page.

My device: iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1.
