Multiple displays of the same thing, not enough of another #22

In the hamburger, I can see "Citizenship" and "Green Card". The same two are options in the accordion further down. Not sure why.

In the A-Z Index, I clicked on "C" for "Case Status", but if I just thought of it as "Status", that didn't show up under "S".
