  1. Type in something like “What documents do you need to complete Form I-9?” EXPECTED RESULT: Emma answers with an explanation and options.

What actually happened: After 5 seconds, the ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS window appeared first, then the Ask Emma window scrolled down over it. I replicated this issue 3 times.
