Select “View Page” EXPECTED RESULT: “Examining Documents” Web page opens

What actually happened: Selected View Page link, nothing happened. Tried this five times. Nothing happened.

I tried clicking the Examining Documents button. The Examining Documents window opened, but then the Ask Emma window immediately scrolled down over it.
