Adding a Wiki section forFedRAMP-OllaLab-Lean #7

Adding a Wiki section to the FedRAMP-OllaLab-Lean will significantly enhance the repo. The wiki will house in-depth guides, how-tos, tutorials, and essential reference materials, providing a comprehensive knowledge base for human users. As this brand new project evolves, the Wiki will grow alongside it, ensuring that documentation remains current and relevant. I'm pretty sure that this project will grow and it will get complex. For all these reasons, I'm suggesting adding a wiki section for this repo for the humans.
