Improve the visibility of the search box on the report views #396

We received this feedback via the survey on GEAR: "I do have some problem with my vision and the search box on FISMA system inventory or GSA FISMA System points of contact is hard to (see)."

Our thoughts: left justify the search box on the report view, add a thin border to the search box to make it more readable, increase the width of the search box.
