A couple chcoc.gov links are broken:

External link https://chcoc.gov/content/guidance-enforcing-coronavirus-disease-2019-vaccination-requirement-federal-employees-%E2%80%93 failed: 500 No error

I suspect this is a transient problem with the external site and not an actual URL issue. Monitor and seek to resolve if they do not come back online soon.
