Need to groom ticket with Ryan.

Steps might include

[ ] Sync AirTable and Touchpoints: AirTable Touchpoints extract should refresh automatically
[ ] Leaders are matched to goal ids from Touchpoints extract
[ ] APG profile build process pulls from AirTable to replace file in repo that powers goal leader lists
