As a person with possible content in order to design some type of "contact us" form for contacting people about feedback and ideas for use cases I want to look into Touchpoints.

The touchpoints form for G4G fedback is now on the CoE site's Guide for Government pages:

Submissions to the form in the modal include the current page url, so that we can track suggestions/recommendations against the associated page. Submissions to the form when in it's own page will not have the current page URL. This happens on the G4G homepage, where the text reads:

AI Guide for Government is meant to be a living and evolving guide to the application of AI for the U.S. Federal Government. If you have feedback for existing modules, or suggestions for additional modules, please provide feedback.

Both forms are tested. Invites to Touchpoints have been sent to Joe, Steve and Danielle.
