User Story As a federal employee I want to understand who the citizen science coordinators are at my agency.

[x] Notify the FedCCS listserv of regular coordinator updates to request additional updates
[ ] Notify citizen science coordinator list that updates are underway
[ ] Make updates as identified by community and agency coordinators.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Dev team notified for Pull Request
[ ] Coordinator text is published on CitizenScience.gov agency coordinators page
