As a member of the public and the federal community, I want to learn more about the Behavioral Health Equity (BHE) Challenge.

[x] Share case study template with BHE challenge manager
[ ] Meet with BHE challenge manager to review template and discuss additional details
[ ] Draft case study
[ ] Share case study for OI program approval
[ ] Share case study for SAMHA approval
[ ] Share case study for GSA OSC approval
[ ] Add case study to Challenge.gov and update case study landing page

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Dev team notified for Pull Request
[ ] Case study text is published on Challenge.gov and case study landing page is updated
