User Story As a member of the public and federal community, I want to learn more about federal innovation through prize competitions and find out how to register for the webinar series on the Challenge.gov website.

As a member of the federal community, I want to read a summary of the August 2024 Office Hour discussion on the Challenge.gov blog.

• [x] 9/17 DOE webinar event text is updated on Challenge.gov Events page
• [x] August 2024 Office Hour summary is posted on blog page
• [x] Blog link is updated on resources page

Hi @r-bartlett-gsa - I updated the event page to move the Sept 17 event to past events, added the link for the rest of the webinar series, created a new blog page for our Office Hours sumary post, and updated the link for the blog on the Innovator Resources page under the 'kgkempe-2026' branch.
