User Story As a PMO team member, I want to have up to date events page and access to summary resources for the NIH webinar and October office hours.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] October office hour blog is posted
[x] NIH event summary blog is posted
[x] Events page is updated: link to NIH blog, USAID event video, USAID event moved to past events
[x] Dev team notified for Pull Request
