Update for getting source info #193

This fix does pull the correct source info. The data is being set properly, but this will allow it to display properly.

  1. It is currently occurring in 2.8 on fcs, and validated that it was happening in 2.9 in the application e2e tests.
  2. I have no idea. I tested in the Python shell, and didn't see how the order could matter (and same on the documentation).

The reason I stumbled upon this is that this is an old ticket with a previous PR, but it was decided that this bug no longer existed and we closed the PR. Now that we have a better infrastructure to make sure we don't backslide, making the change is tested and validated.
