Summary

This PR adds integration with Github to harvest repository issues. Additionally, some bugs where fixed where found.

This feature has been scheduled for some time. It's part of our effort to create open source communities around our partners' projects and get participation from outside the federal government.

Hello everybody. Since I am no longer on the team I recommend merging this into the master branch. This is the code that is currently deployed.
