Search results not displaying on Firefox #626

Expected Behavior

Display results on page after search.

Chrome example:

Current Behavior

Results are not being displayed even though it's indicated that a number of results were found.

Possible Solution

I do not have a clear solution but it seems to be an issue with the web component being used and Firefox

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Go to Code.gov
Enter a search term
Execute search using any of the search boxes.

Your Environment

Browser Name and version: Firefox v. 61.0.1 (64-bit)
Operating System and version (desktop or mobile): macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
