[Not in Production] Update Urls with #! #644

Expected Behavior

All internal urls should use #!

Current Behavior

Not all urls in #! are updated

Possible Solution

Update the urls in the json files

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. run dev server
  2. click browse projects

Context

Links are broken and site doesn't work

Don't worry though. I haven't pushed master to production yet.
