Change Contribute/Help Wanted to Open Tasks #683

Expected Behavior

Menu and url reflect updated page name.

Current Behavior

Menu and url are contribute/help wanted while page name has been updated to open tasks.

Possible Solution

Update! :)

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Select Developers -> Contribute from the top nav

Context

It's confusing to the users.
