User Story

As Data.gov PMO, we want to conduct regular usability testing and have a plan for regular user testing, by FY 2021, to meet 21st Century IDEA Act requirements.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Data.gov PMO has a plan for doing regular, periodic user testing

Background

Changing this from epic to an issue, as we have done other user testing tasks in FY22, and the next and last item due for current GAO report recommendation is a user testing plan.

• [x] Draft plan for regular user testing
• [x] Share plan with GSA stakeholders for tracking
