DCAT-US 2.0 updates/changes*

Feature/what we're after

New version of DCAT-US contains a documented system for containing other metadata standards of the same dataset that are useful in other contexts (namely geospatial standards for FGDC/Geoplatform)

Anticipated/hypothesized benefits

• Simpler, more streamlined process for data providers (not providing 2 harvest endpoints)
• Clearer documentation for data providers

Measurements/metrics

• The separate path for geospatial data in the resources.data.gov diagram is removed, and a simpler path is outlined.
