Feature/what we're after

Data.gov should provide a preview/snippet of the data that is cataloged

Anticipated/hypothesized benefits

Users are more likely to use the site for discovery
More caught up with other open data platforms like Geoplatform, Socrata, data.world, etc

Measurements/metrics

When a data download link is given for a dataset, and it is a reasonably open format, the user should see a preview of the data

References/background

May include https://github.com/GSA/datagov-deploy/issues/3478 (so as to not support geospatial data munging)
