Catalog dataset lost it Metadata source links overnight #3829

When freshly harvested, a CSW type of dataset has the Metadata Source links on the UI. But they disappears after certain amount of time.

For example: https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/large-scale-international-boundaries

When freshly harvested as a new dataset image

One day later, the Metadata Source links are gone image

How to reproduce

Can be reproduced on staging, clear the harvest source for this sample dataset, reharvest it. Confirm the Metadata Source source on the UI. Wait a day or two, revisit the sample dataset page.

Expected behavior

It shows Metadata Source link.

Actual behavior

Missing Metadata Source links.

Thanks for catching this! I looked at this record before GeoPlatform's last scheduled harvest and swore I saw the linked metadata source. When I checked again after the harvest failed I saw that the link for the metadata source was missing. I wasn't sure whether I was seeing things correctly or if something else was happening.

@chris-macdermaid You saw it right, something is happening ;) One day later the links are gone.
