User Story

In order to improve collaboration and share transformations across the government space, data.gov managers want changes made in https://github.com/GSA/data.gov/issues/4639 pushed back upstream for review.

Acceptance Criteria

[ACs should be clearly demoable/verifiable whenever possible. Try specifying them using BDD.]

• [ ] GIVEN https://github.com/GSA/data.gov/issues/4639 is complete \ WHEN a user attempts to use the MDTranslator \ THEN the work to make ISO19115-3 readable is accessible

Due to the unknown nature of the MD project and review timeline, I suggest that this ticket be closed once the PR is created and reach out is complete, since the actual approval and merging required is not under our control.
