Correct Typo in Agency Name (JUSFC) #250

JUSFC's full name is spelled incorrectly, this makes it difficult for CISA's domain gathering tools to reference the list for the agency's base domain(s).

Thanks, @climber-girl! Unfortunately, since current-{federal,full} are exports of data from the .gov registrar, making a change to these files doesn't result in upstream changes and will get clobbered when new data is added. This is explained at https://github.com/GSA/data/blob/master/dotgov-domains/README.md.

cc: @smarina04, who can remedy this error in the .gov registrar.
