Embeddable catalog views #473

Data.gov users should be able to embed a filtered view of catalog.data.gov on their own website. This could be achieved through customizations to datacatalog.js or specially prepared iframe views.

This is similar to #127, but is probably best tracked separately

This could be used to embed a search for entire catalog as well, which might be useful on FOIA related sites. cc: @rjmajma @eriemeyer
