Housing Counselor web service down? #756

The Housing Counselor web service appears to be down. Can someone check please?

https://data.hud.gov/housing_counseling.html

I tried to use the tool manually at https://data.hud.gov/housing_counseling_form.html but did not get any data to return.

Our company uses this web service for a required Consumer Loan document.

This was handled through feedback channels for dataset issues and can be closed.
