The Data Dictionary (describedBy) and API endpoint URLs are supposed to be displayed much like a Landing Page URL. This was originally described in #366

Here's an example where the Data Dictionary URL only appears in the "Additional Metadata" table https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/consumer-complaint-database
The API endpoint URL is listed as Web Page but since the format is specified as "API" it should instead be labeled as "API Endpoint"
