Website labour hours tracking - TBD #471

EDX team GSA-wide request: All websites and website managers will be required to track and report labor hours for this requirement this summer.

As website managers, you are familiar with the requirements outlined in the SES performance plans as it relates to the GSA enterprise digital experience. This year, the Level 5 requirement will be for each website manager to calculate labor hours for all employees who engage with the websites they manage. This includes tracking hours for you, your tech leads and teams, and those who provide content.

Phase 1 will consist of documenting each employee who engages with your website, and tracking daily hours for one pay period (Dates TBD)

Phase 2 will consist of estimating the total annual hours for two pay periods for every employee (Dates TBD).

The EDX team will calculate the labor costs from your hours data.

I checked with Star and we'll need to do this. I think we're supposed to get a template, but I don't have one yet. I created this one to help us gather for now.
