Image broken Welcome to the New DHS #1989

Image above sentence, "A collage of the new DHS website on different devices; dekstop, tablet, and mobile phone.", is broken

The page corrected link with the missing image is trying to display an image from this location https://s3.amazonaws.com/digitalgov/_legacy-img/2016/06/600-x-627-new-DHS-website-16%5c_0523%5c_promo%5c_new%5c_website.jpg.

However, when we look for that file, the return is access-denied. Returns:

I'm thinking that it could be permissions on the AWS s3 bucket.
