Update lost-and-found-mapping-page.md

[ToniBonittoGSA]

https://digital.gov/about/lost-and-found-mapping-page/ was a directory of popular pages on HowTo.gov, DigitalGov's [then-named digitalgov.gov] predecessor.

Instead of redirecting to the main Resources page on DG, Cloud.gov Pages was serving a 404 page.
