Data Quality field as a dropdown instead of checkbox #107

Change the Data Quality field as Dropdown with the below values

  1. Blank (Default)
  2. True
  3. False

When Blank is selected, in the output the dataQuality key should not be included.

Also migrate the existing dataset data quality field values to the above.
