Resource fields are not validated with web UI #162

This issue is really a subset of #101, but it's specifically about the fields when entering a resource. None of the following fields are validated during user input with the web UI:

Media Type (mediaType)
Data Dictionary (describedBy)
Data Dictionary Type (describedByType)
Data Standard (conformsTo)
