Marketplace button on main page should go directly to the Marketplace #772

Current Behavior: Clicking on the Marketplace button opens a menu that has a link to the Marketplace, then the user must select that item from the list to go to the Marketplace.

Expected Behavior: Clicking the Marketplace button should take the user directly to the Marketplace. The menu can be removed as the About Marketplace page is also linked from the landing page on the Marketplace.
