I created an initial changelog and tried to populate with significant events from the blog - please review and add things that may be relevant. No need to go entirely overboard, just good solid core updates that took place in some way.
Motiviation
The public should be able to go to one page and see what has changed on our website and from a major program perspective since they last visited.
